See what people are saying about Merrimack Valley Ringers!

"It has been interesting to watch the development and musical growth of the Merrimack Valley Ringers. I first heard them at the Area I Festival Conference in Orono, Maine and recently at the Boston Area Handbell Festival. I am struck by the attentiveness of the ringers, their execution of musical line, shaping of phrases and the expressiveness they bring to the compositions they ring. I am sure they are adeptly guided by their director, Karen Leonard, and it is obvious that there is a mutual respect and admiration for transforming the dots and lines on the page to an enjoyable, musical experience for the listener. I wish all the members of MVR continued successes in your ventures, venues and years ahead." - Monica S. McGowan, Lakeville, Minnesota

"One of the finest renditions of Gaudeamus I have heard !" - Arnold Sherman, Composer, and Director of East Texas Handbell Ensemble, Director's Seminar 2010

"...the Merrimack Valley Ringers are simply the best I have encountered." - Pastor Preuss, Faith Lutheran Church

"This ensemble's passion for excellence in ringing is clear. Their meticulous technique coupled with their enthusiasm for the music makes for an exciting and moving performance." - Kimberlee Strepka, Director, Bronze Ambassadors, United Christian Academy, Newport, VT
